Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases of online continuing education and related digital access from Mr Backflow LLC dba 1-A Occupational Training (“we,” “us”) through our training platform.

Before public enrollment opens

While we are completing regulatory approval or keeping enrollment closed, we may not offer self-service purchases. If no payment has been collected, no refund applies. If you were invoiced or charged under a special arrangement, contact us to discuss your situation.

When purchases are available

General rule: Because CE content is delivered digitally, all sales are final once you have accessed substantial course materials (for example, after you begin the course or unlock the learning modules), except where required by law or as stated below.

Cooling-off / mistaken purchase: If you have not started the course (no lesson progress recorded), you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment by emailing training@1aoccupationaltraining.com from the email address on your account. Include your name and the course title. We will confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.

Technical failure: If you are unable to access paid content due to a prolonged technical issue on our side and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, we will work with you on a refund or credit.

Regulatory non-acceptance: You are responsible for confirming CE suitability for your license. We do not guarantee acceptance by any agency. Non-acceptance by a regulator, by itself, does not automatically entitle you to a refund after you have accessed the course.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider (Stripe) and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
