• Training activity: lesson progress, quiz and assessment results, timestamps, completion records, and certificate-related data needed to document continuing education.
• Payments: if you pay through our Services, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and cookies or similar technologies used to keep you signed in and secure the site.

We retain account and training records as needed to document CE completion, support regulatory expectations, and operate the business. Retention periods may depend on course type and applicable rules.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of certain information, subject to legal and operational limits (for example, we may need to retain completion records). Texas residents may have additional rights under applicable state law.

Children

The Services are intended for adults in a professional/work context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
